The new fight is a pain. That said a good tank is a must, as is RR ability/ items. PLD should tank, melee should have RR on at entry and scroll or item for another in fight. Once in the Boss has a limit on WS dmg it seems and normal melee hits where doing the same dmg. So, fast attacks = pulling hate I found. Also, multiple hit WS will do the best WS dmg. His TP moves will 1 shot most or close to it, so PLD is vital, some do with 2 too. Has a 10 min time cap too so recommend at least 4 melee on him to keep dmg going. My win came with a group made up of: NIN, THF, THF, PLD, WHM, and RDM. Took us 3 tries. Hope this helps you all!
